Physiology = The Whole

Emotion = Memory/Habits/Behavior

Spirit = The Unconscious

 

By creating alignment in the bones, we affect muscle strength and stability, which leads to awareness of how our body is functioning presently.  From this place of awareness, we begin to remember how we got to this place of misalignment, and perhaps pain.  By altering habit patterns and behaviors that support imbalances, positive forces of the unconscious emerge giving rise to positive evolution and change.

 

“The spine remains the fundamental basis of support and movement for all of the various vertebrate structures.”   To me, this means, we are only as strong as our spine, and all the muscles that emanate to and from it... Walking, strength of movement of the arms, etc. are all affected by a strong, supported and flexible spine.
