200 ryt, registered dietitian
Stephanie Glassen grew up in the small beautiful desert town of Joshua Tree, California. Captivated by coastal living, she moved to Carlsbad in 2006 where her love of yoga began. Yearning to develop a greater understanding of yoga, Stephanie had the honor of having Lynda Light as her mentor and has received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Light and Love Yoga. She became inspired to guide others on their own personal journey so that they too can experience the bliss, soothing energy, and spiritual connection that Stephanie’s yoga path has given her.
She teaches classes that are gentle and bring the body, mind, and spirit to a restful state as she guides students to discover his or her intuition, breath, and energy chakras. Stephanie also has the passion to help people recognize the nurturing effect and power that whole foods have on the body. Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian and currently works with the military and their families at the Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital. She is also a proud board member and nutrition advisor for the Sean O’Shea Foundation, a non-profit foundation whose intention is empowering youth through yoga, nutrition, and optimistic teachings.
Through yoga and nutrition, Stephanie’s objective is to bring light and wellness to those around her.
